Cauliflower fry is a dry dish.
The main ingredients are Cauliflower and Onion.
INGREDIENTS:
- Cauliflower(cut into florets)- 1 cup
- Sliced Onion - ¼ cup
- Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp.
- Pepper powder- ¼ tsp.
- Salt to taste
- Oil -2 tbsp
PREPARATION METHOD:
- Slice Cauliflower florets and steamed for about 2 minutes.
- Heat Oil in a pan.
- Add Onion and Cauliflower and Saute well.
- Put Turmeric Powder and Salt into it.
- Fry Onion and Cauliflower in low flame till it turns to golden colour.
- Add Pepper powder, stir well and fry for 2 more minutes.
Recommended Combination: Serve hot with Rice.
