Cauliflower fry



Cauliflower fry is a dry dish.
The main ingredients are Cauliflower and Onion.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Cauliflower(cut into florets)- 1 cup
  • Sliced Onion - ¼ cup
  • Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp.
  • Pepper powder- ¼ tsp.
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil -2 tbsp

PREPARATION METHOD:
  • Slice Cauliflower florets and steamed for about 2 minutes.
  • Heat Oil in a pan.
  • Add Onion and Cauliflower and Saute well.
  • Put Turmeric Powder and Salt into it.
  • Fry Onion and Cauliflower in low flame till it turns to golden colour.
  • Add Pepper powder, stir well and fry for 2 more minutes.
Recommended Combination: Serve hot with Rice.
