INGREDIENTS:
- Nicely sliced Carrot (length wise) - 3 nos
- Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp.
- Chilly flakes - ½ tsp.
- Salt to taste
- Oil -2 tsp
PREPARATION METHOD:
- Mix sliced carrot with turmeric powder and Salt.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Put the carrot and chilly flakes into it.
- Cover the pan and let it cook for 2 mins in medium heat.
- Remove the lid and fry the carrot utill it turns to golden colour.
