Carrot is Cooked in steam and fried in Oil.
- Sliced Carrot(length wise) -3 nos
- Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp.
- Crushed Chilly- ½ tsp.
- Salt to taste
- Oil -2 tbsp
- Mix sliced carrot with turmeric powder and Salt.
- Steam carrot for 2 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Put the Carrot,Crushed Chilly into it and fry utill it turns to golden colour.
