Carrot Mezhukkupuratti / Carrot Stir Fry


Carrot is Cooked in steam and fried in Oil.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Sliced Carrot(length wise) -3 nos
  • Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp.
  • Crushed Chilly- ½ tsp.
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil -2 tbsp

PREPARATION METHOD:
  • Mix sliced carrot with turmeric powder and Salt.
  • Steam carrot for 2 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Put the Carrot,Crushed Chilly into it and fry utill it turns to golden colour.
Recommended Combination: Serve hot with Rice
